For the love of Oracle:
Since i started my IT career back in year 2000 i have some extreme passion about Oracle's technologies (Some people calls me these days Zee-Oracle too) I used to take very personal the MS SQL Server vs Oracle debates. Don't know the reason yet for all this as i got the same feeling today.
I am OCP DBA certified in 8, 8i and 10g. For last few years i am into Fusion middleware technologies e.g Oracle ADF, SOA, Webcenter etc etc and that's a paradigm shift for me and FMW brought back the spark in my technical life again and i love it.
I like to share my knowledge and helping others technically with oracle tools. i love to put my hands on latest tools, products, play around. I am also fond of reading about technologies even in travel too. I am active member at OTN forums and member of few Oracle User groups and I am always looking for opportunities to present or provide trainings. Some of my presentations you can download from here

Career:
I have been working in Oracle products since year 2000 and started my IT career by doing a diploma in Oracle development and administration. Soon after that i completed my OCP certificate in Oracle 8 DBA track and joined a software solutions company. I worked as Oracle developer utilizing my skills in Oracle Forms, Report, SQL, PL/SQL, Database administration and worked on many projects including Clearing forwarding, Inventory, General Ledger accounting and many more.
Year 2004 i found myself in corporate sector at 'ORIX Leasing' a leading leasing company in Pakistan. There i worked as in-house Oracle developer for the organizations and work on many leasing core and non-core modules as i got some great exposure to the technologies.
Year 2005 i was offered to work on ORIX's overseas company as lead developer in Kazakhstan (Yes you read it correctly the Borat's Country) and task was to automate processes of the company from scratch. I like challenging opportunities and this was one of them so i grabbed it and moved to Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is one of the beautiful places I've ever visited not only i learned a lot there technically but socially and regionally stuff as well. I became familiar with Russian language which i am proud of.
Year 2011 I moved to USA permanently to live with my family and started working as Oracle Fusion middleware developer in Chicago.
October 2011 I became Oracle ACE member nominated by John Stegeman (Jdeveloper & ADF OTN forums fame)
Personal Bio:
Beside Oracle i am passionate about progressive rock music. Love to compose, write, record and play music as guitar is my primary instrument. Happily married in year 2009 and have a cute daughter.
